Final policies live in the active Boatsetter listing and confirmed rental agreement.
Fuel is not included in the rental price. The boat will be provided with fuel, and the renter is responsible for the fuel used during the rental. Fuel usage will be calculated after the trip based on gallons used and the applicable marina fuel price.
Florida boating safety requirements apply. Any operator who is required by Florida law to have a boating safety education ID card/certificate must complete the approved boating safety course before operating the boat. Final operator eligibility and documentation requirements should follow the active Boatsetter reservation.
The primary renter/operator must be at least 25 years old and meet all Boatsetter and Florida boating requirements. A valid government-issued ID may be required.
Safety comes first. Rentals may be delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled when weather or water conditions are unsafe. Weather decisions should be based on actual marine conditions, including thunderstorms, lightning, strong winds, and other unsafe conditions. Final weather-related changes will be coordinated through the Boatsetter reservation.
Please return the boat at the agreed rental end time. Late returns can affect marina operations and other reservations. A late fee may apply for boats returned after the scheduled time unless an extension has been approved in advance.
You can select a captain directly through Boatsetter when booking the boat. Captain service is subject to scheduling and availability, and captain pricing is separate from the boat rental unless specifically included in the confirmed Boatsetter reservation.
